Belmont Hardware welcomes Marci Skinner - Decorative Plumbing Expert!

Belmont Hardware is rapidly expanding into even more decorative plumbing selections for their customers.   Recently, the Belmont Showroom at 940 El Camino Real, in the heart of Belmont, has installed new decorative plumbing displays, offering products and ideas that they’ve never had an opportunity to exhibit before!   Belmont Hardware is now showcasing Rohl, Hans Grohe, California Faucets, Alchemy Sinks, Graff Faucets, Sigma, Grohe and Newport Brass  just to name a few of the many new decorative plumbing fixture lines. 

Belmont Hardware is thrilled to welcome Marci Skinner to their decorative hardware team in the Belmont showroom.  She has been involved with the decorative plumbing industry for over 20 years, beginning at a local Bay Area wholesale plumbing distribution warehouse, working her way up, learning every facet of the plumbing fixture business.  She realized that she had found her niche!

Marci brings years of expertise with her. She can do it all! Her many years of experience with reading complicated house plans, helps to not miss any details when covering all of the important aspects of decorative plumbing options for her clients.  Her training and knowledge count when you need expert advice on new home construction, remodeling or simply modernizing an existing bath or kitchen space.  

Marci has worked with homeowners, interior design and architecture clients from all over the San Francisco Bay Area.  For the past 18 years she has enjoyed a very successful career in a plumbing showroom in Los Altos, where she earned high praise helping her clients choose the best decorative plumbing features for their homes.  Now she’s part of the Belmont Hardware family, helping them to grow into an emerging powerhouse in the decorative hardware and decorative plumbing fixture industry.

The Best in Custom Hardware!

Belmont Hardware has teamed up with California Home + Design Magazine to showcase the best in local finish custom hardware installations. Participant's projects will be featured in California Home + Design's 2012 Sourcebook Annual.

The Annual Sourcebook is "the ulitimate resource guide that thousands of  Bay Area affluent homeowners and design leaders turn to for inspiration and information".

Hardware House was created to inform homeowners and our trade partners, that custom hardware solutions can be created for  their projects.

Each project will be photographed and featured in a multi-page article on the Hardware House program and contest.  A panel of experts from California Home + Designs will select a winner from the entered projects to receive the prized front cover spot.  Each participant will also receive a premium half-page ad space in a special advertorial section presented by Belmont Hardware.

How to Enter your Project:
-The Hardware House program is open to any home design trade firm involved with a custom hardware installation that can be photographed before October 2011- 


All participants will get front cover exposure for their custom hardware installation.  Professional photography will be provided at no charge.  The winning project will be the main featured photo on the front cover.  All participants will receive a half page ad, including the design and professional photography for the basic $3000.00 entrant fee level.  Full page ads will be available for a larger entry fee.

All participants projects will be shown and written about in an article by California Home + Design Magazine.  A gala even will be held later in the year to allow entrants to network and get more publicity for their firms.

This level of exposure in the West Coast's premier home design magazine could cost an individual company over $10,000!   In an effort to promote the custom hardware trade, Belmont Hardware created Hardware House, and has underwritten all photography and design services, publication and set-up costs.
